Terms and Conditions for “WeAreDerry”
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legally binding contract between you, the user (“User” or “You”), and Just Content Studios Ltd (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), the entity managing the “WeAreDerry” pay-per-view sports streaming platform on behalf of Derry GAA. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Registration and Acceptance
a) You must be at least 18 years of age to use “WeAreDerry.” By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
b) All Users must accept these terms and conditions upon registration to access and use the platform.
2. Payment and Refunds
a) No refunds will be provided for purchases on “WeAreDerry,” except in the event of server downtime errors during gameplay. In such cases, refunds will be issued at our discretion.
3. Unauthorized Sharing/Publishing
a) Unauthorized sharing or publishing of content from “WeAreDerry” is strictly prohibited. Users found in violation may be subject to an IP address ban, and legal action may be taken.
4. Device Compatibility
a) Refunds are not eligible if you are unable to watch content due to issues with your device settings. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with our platform.
b) Users are encouraged to use free-to-watch test content available on the homepage to verify the compatibility of their devices.
5. Quality and Internet Issues
a) Refunds are not applicable for quality-related issues, as internet quality and performance may vary between users. We are not responsible for internet-related performance problems on your end.
6. User Conduct
a) You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or harm the “WeAreDerry” platform, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or engaging in any form of illegal activity.
7. Intellectual Property
a) All content on “WeAreDerry,” including but not limited to video streams, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Just Content Studios Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Termination of Account
a) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a) We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
